Camel milk takes center stage

 
Back in 2010 I wrote a post about camel milk and all its health properties: lower in fat than cow’s milk, higher in vitamins and minerals, can be consumed by those who are lactose-intolerant, just to name a few.
 
Well, since then it seems that the camel industry has grown tremendously in the UAE. Now, besides the camel milk itself, it is easier and easier to come across burgers, cheese, chocolate, ice cream and other camel products in restaurant menus and supermarket shelves.
 
And that is not all! The camel products are set to enter Europe!
